(5-0) <br /> CASE 94-17; CARDIAC PACEMAKERS INC - SITE PLAN REVIEW. 4100 <br /> HAMLINE AVENUE, <br /> Mr. Fritsinger explained the site plan presented has been <br /> informally reviewed by the Commission, There is currently a <br /> curb cut access out to Fernwood Ave,. This will be closed. <br /> There will be a number of trees planted on the site, A <br /> proposed four (4) inch face brick will be used that will <br /> closely match the current building facades, New doors will <br /> be added in a bronze color which will also match the <br /> building. There will be a small access drive to the north <br /> which will be used for trash removal and deliveries, This <br /> will remove four (4) parking spaces and shouldn't affect the <br /> overall parking space requirements. <br /> . The applicant stated the brick used on the existing building <br /> isn't made any more. CPI plans to use a brick with a color <br /> that will compliment both the existing colors. <br /> Mr, Erickson asked what the function of the building was, <br /> The applicant answered research and development, <br /> McGraw moved, seconded by Carlson, to recommend <br /> approval to the City Council of the site plan review <br /> for Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc. The motion passed <br /> unanimously, (5-0) <br /> CASE #94-18; JOHN MCCLUNG - FINAL PLAT, <br /> Mr. Fritsinger stated the applicant is requesting approval <br /> of the nine (9) lot subdivision of the addition. The <br /> proposed name is Colleen Court, The Code Enforcement <br /> officer has assured Mr. Fritsinger that this numbering <br /> configuration won't conflict with the surrounding addresses, <br /> Rice Creek Watershed District and the City Council have <br /> . approved the preliminary plat, The City attorney and staff <br />
