They plan to review the statistics you received several weeks ago as <br /> they relate to Arden Hills' needs/use. <br /> IV. Planning Action Items: <br /> a. Arden Manor Update - Special Use Permit Application - Enclosed is the <br /> response from the owner and the manager. They have been asked to attend this <br /> meeting in writing. Council will review and decide whether to approve the <br /> conpliance to the Special Use Permit. <br /> b. McClung Development - Update the recorrmendation to approve the <br /> Development Agreement (see enclosed merro from Brian) . <br /> V. The ll'Onthly worksession date has had to be ll'Oved due to vacations, etc. <br /> It is recornrrended that the Council Ireet on August 31 at TCAAP at Building <br /> 105. 'I\M:) items would be on the agenda: confirm whether you wish to continue <br /> asking the Army to meet in Council Sessions, Worksessions and Planning <br />. Corrmissions in this building as s=n as possible and Agenda Item #2 to review <br /> and discuss the Turnback requests from the County and irrpact on the 1995 and <br /> forward budgets, <br /> VI. Department Updates: <br /> a. Planning Items: <br /> Everest is working on items for the 90 day preliminary information. They are <br /> expected to Ireet the initial deadline with a report at the August 13 Council <br /> Ireeting. <br /> b, Public Works: <br /> You may receive questions from Bussard Court or Amble re: their sprinkling <br /> systems related to the pavement managerrent program. They should talk with the <br /> Inspector at the site or call City Hall if their sprinkler heads are within 3 <br /> ft of the =rent =b to ensure whether they need to ll'OVe them. Chances are <br /> they will fall within the 3 ft. =b area. A sample letter to Bussard <br /> residents is enclosed. <br />. 2 <br />
