Final grading of the gravel and scme black <br /> topping will take place next week. <br /> Staff has had a small issue arise regarding the installation of the <br /> cmb, and how the driveways and =bs will be adjusted to match the <br /> new cmb. Sane of the residents did not understand that the driveways <br /> and yards may need to be tapered back to the property line in order to <br /> match the grade of the curl:l. Staff has evaluated each property on an <br />. individual bases to detennine where to match the existing grades. <br /> The on-site inspect= is well aware of my unusual circumstances and <br /> will over see the driveway and yard restoration. <br /> Staff has had serre phone calls regarding this issue and has rret with <br /> residents to review the situation. <br /> m:to <br />. <br />
