The developer has been rroving forward with these iterrs as <br /> detailed. <br /> Staff has attended several preliminary meetings with the developer and <br /> the owners of property to be acq.ri.red for this proj ect. Most owners <br /> have been receptive to the concept. Until serious negotiations take <br /> place between Everest and the =ers, it is difficult to determine any <br /> estirrated cost. <br /> . The developer is required to provide the City with several items by <br /> September 13, 1994. These include a detailed resp:mse fran the <br /> property owners, a proposed schedule of phases, design frarre;<.OrX: and <br /> proforma staterrent. Staff will provide an additional update to the <br /> City Council and a report fran the developer at that tiTre. NO action <br /> is required by the City Council at this tirre.
