. August 23, 1994 City Clerk City of Arden Hills 1450 West Highway 96 Arden Hills, MN 55112 Dear City Clerk: I am writing on behalf of the City of Vadnais Heights Public Safety Committee. It seems that recently the president of our committee had some discussions with other members of neighboring public safety committees from the var1.OUS surrounding cities, As a result of those discussions it was decided that there was a strong interest in conducting a joint public safety committee meeting that will include at least one member from each public safety committee representing each city in the surrounding areas. At the time these discussions took place there were already some representatives present and I have been in touch with those people. On the a6sumption that your city has a public safety committee in place, I would at this time like to extend an invitation to the Arden Hills Public Safety Committee members to attend the joint meeting. Because I do not have the names or phone numbers of these . individuals, I was hoping you would pass on this correspondence to the necessary or interested people. The meeting will be held Thursday October 27, 1994 at 7:30 p.lII. at our new Vadnais Heights Volunteer Pi rehouse . The building is located at 3595 Arcade Street (just off of County Road B, next to the new tfa1mart). There will be a tour of the new building preceding the meeting. The meeting will follow immediately after the tour. I will be happy to answer any questions that arise.
