Approve law Enforcerrent Contract Amendrrent re: insurance change to <br /> the Minnesota Counties Insurance Trust - Enclosed is the final <br /> draft of the =tract amendrent. As noted earlier, a few changes <br /> in wording have been noted per our review by our City AJ:torney and <br /> the Seven City Group (see Ramsey County Risk Managenent letter) . <br /> This amendrent allows the City Group to =tract for insurance <br /> services through the County - a savings of app=ximately <br /> $2, OOO/rroth per city is anticipated. <br /> C. Resolution 94-41 Designating Co:rporation Auth=ization - This <br /> resolution authorizes and designates Interim Mayor Probst and <br /> Acting Mayor Aplikowski as signatories on City accounts. <br /> III. UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS: <br /> A. video Grant - Request to approve the enclosed Resolution 94-42 for <br /> a fund request of up to $750 to produce an informational video <br /> giving the history, arrrent status and issues facing TCAAP and the <br /> City's role.
