A copy of the necessary permits from Rice Creek <br /> Watershed District and the Army Corps & Engineers <br /> be provided to the City by December 1, 199~. <br /> 2. The applicant coordinate the entrance design with <br /> MN DOT/Ramsey County to ensure safe access and <br /> egress. A copy of the necessary access permit <br /> from Ramsey County/MN DOT approving the median cut <br /> into Highway 96 be provided to the City by <br /> December 1, 1994, <br /> 3 , A sign be placed at the Snelling Avenue entrance <br /> which states "No Right Turn" for existing traffic <br /> onto Snelling Avenue. <br /> 4. The natural vegetation present on the site will be <br /> preserved to the greatest extent possible. <br /> Additional landscaping will be planted on the west <br /> and south property lines with additional <br /> coniferous trees to be planted on the sides of the <br /> building. <br /> 5. All park dedication requirements be satisfied and <br />. completed prior to the issuance of a building <br />
