Carlson motioned, seconded by Erickson, to recommend to Council approval of Case #94-22 lot consolidation based on the following legal description from Ramsey County: The North 396 feet of the East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 21, T30N, R23W, Subject to the rights of State of Minnesota in that part thereof taken for right-of-way for Trunk Highway No. 96 and rights of the public in Snelling Avenue, According to the United States Government survey, The motion passed unanimously. (6-01 Carlson motioned, seconded by Piotrowski, to recommend to Council approval of Case #94-22 Special Use Permit to operate a house of worship at Highway 96 and Snelling Avenue . with the following conditions: l. A copy of the necessary permits from Rice Creek Watershed District and the Army Corps & Engineers be provided to the City by December 1, 199~. 2. The applicant coordinate the entrance design with MN DOT/Ramsey County to ensure safe access and egress. A copy of the necessary access permit from Ramsey County/MN DOT approving the median cut into Highway 96 be provided to the City by December 1, 1994, 3 , A sign be placed at the Snelling Avenue entrance which states "No Right Turn" for existing traffic onto Snelling Avenue. 4. The natural vegetation present on the site will be preserved to the greatest extent possible. Additional landscaping will be planted on the west and south property lines with additional coniferous trees to be planted on the sides of the building. 5. All park dedication requirements be satisfied and . completed prior to the issuance of a building
