MINUTES <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1994 <br /> 7:30 P.M. - NEW BRIGHTON CITY HALL <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chair Winiecki called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present were Chair Jeanne Winiecki, Barbara Piotrowski, Dave <br /> Carlson, Steve Erickson, Gregg Larson, and Brent Nelson, <br /> Also present were Mayor Dennis Probst; Brian Fritsinger, <br /> Community Planning Coordinator; and Tammy Olson, Recording <br /> Secretary. Absent was Marty Rye. <br /> OATH OF OFFICE <br />. Mr, Fritsinger administered the oath of office to Gregg Larson <br /> and Brent Nelson. Staff was directed to provide by mail the oath <br /> of office document to Mr. Larson and Mr, Nelson. <br /> APPROVE MINUTES <br /> Piotrowski moved, seconded by Carlson, to approve the <br /> July 6, 1994 minutes. All voted in favor (6-0) . <br /> CASE #94-22, JOHN BUHAJENKO - LOT CONSOLIDATION, SITE PLAN <br /> REVIEW. AND SPECIAL USE PERMIT: HIGHWAY 96 AND SNELLING AVENUE. <br /> Chair Winiecki opened the public hearing for John Buhajenko at <br /> 7:32 p.m. Recording Secretary, Tammy Olson, confirmed the <br /> publication of the Notice of Hearing in the Focus on Tuesday, <br /> August 23, 19~4, and mailing to affected property owners on the <br /> same date. Chair Winiecki proceeded to explain the hearing <br /> procedures to the attending residents. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger stated the applicant is proposing to operate a <br /> house of worship in an R-1 district. The applicant originally <br />. applied for this request in Case #90-11. Both the Planning <br /> Commission and the City Council approved the case at that time, <br /> - <br />
