Ramsey County stated <br /> November 1, 1994 was a realistic date as to when the roads would <br /> be turned back to Ramsey County from MN DOT. <br /> Mr. Carlson asked whose responsibility the improvements would be. <br /> He further stated if people decide to turn west bound, they will <br /> they be doing u-turns at City Hall. <br /> Mr. Erickson asked what the remaining exterior materials were. <br /> Mr. Gregoret stated the exterior is white with matching stone <br />. trim and the copper cupolas. <br /> Ms, Piotrowski asked Mr. Buhajenko what the financial differences <br /> are now in relation to the project as it was in 1990. Will the <br /> money come from the members church or the Ukrainian American <br /> society? <br /> Mr. Buhajenko stated they have enough money to start the project. <br /> Reverend Stefan Zencuch stated there are two (2 ) additional <br /> congregations which are very closed and are strongly protecting <br /> the Ukrainian language and culture. This proposed church will be <br /> open to the public. It is the church of the new generation, It <br /> is an excellent opportunity or the youth in the Twin Cities. <br /> Chair winiecki further asked if the wetland's size is being <br /> increased. <br /> Mr. Gregoret stated the land to the east of the wetland is <br /> unusable for parking or even a baseball field. He hopes that it <br /> will grow more north and create a background for the church, <br />. <br />
