A structural engineer will determine if <br /> there would need to be any additional soil, <br /> Chair Winiecki asked whose responsibility it is to coordinate the <br /> service schedules together with North Heights Church. <br /> Reverend Stefan Zencuch stated the church is in good standing <br /> with North Heights Lutheran Church. Their services are held at 9 <br /> a.m. and 11 a.m. Our services are held at 10 a.m. They have been <br /> very good to us and in many cases, they will help us with <br /> parking, <br />. Chair Winiecki asked about planting pine trees for screening. <br /> Mr. Gregoret stated they are planning to plant some spruce trees <br /> around the area. There will be two separate units <br /> one for the church and one for the Cultural Center, <br /> Chair Winiecki stated the applicant should work with staff on the <br /> screening, <br /> Mr. Larson asked if the building would be built in phases since <br /> money, in the past, has been a problem, <br /> Mr. Gregoret stated they are currently planning to build the <br />. whole project all at once.
