She added that the article stated the government cannot take property from an individual without compensation just as using the right of way should require compensation. B. Attorney Mr. Creighton reported that on June 28, he was told that the FCC would issue a decision on Meredith's rate appeal in a matter of days. He added that nothing has been received as of yet. He aiso reported that the Fce has issued 65 requests for inquiry on form 329 and found all 65 to have been non-compliant and are requesting additional information. Mr. Creighton further reported that Mr. Tom Robinson, a . NATOA consultant in Colorado, is preparing a list of questions for clarification regarding rate rules.
