Executive Director <br /> Ms. Wilson stated that Bill 5.1822 was scheduled for <br /> mark-up today in the Senate. She added that she has <br /> not heard any results at this time. <br /> Ms. Wilson reported that the Commission receivea copies <br /> of articles to review including an article written by <br /> an attorney over 100 years ago in regards to charging <br /> utilities for use of right of way. She added that the <br /> article stated the government cannot take property from <br /> an individual without compensation just as using the <br /> right of way should require compensation. <br /> B. Attorney <br /> Mr. Creighton reported that on June 28, he was told <br /> that the FCC would issue a decision on Meredith's rate <br /> appeal in a matter of days. He added that nothing has <br /> been received as of yet. He aiso reported that the Fce <br /> has issued 65 requests for inquiry on form 329 and <br /> found all 65 to have been non-compliant and are <br /> requesting additional information. <br /> Mr. Creighton further reported that Mr. Tom Robinson, a <br /> . NATOA consultant in Colorado, is preparing a list of <br /> questions for clarification regarding rate rules. <br />
