She also reviewed the JulY <br /> customer Service statistics which include the 43 city <br /> area. <br /> Ms. Donnelly-cohen reported that there had been an <br /> arson fire in the Columbia Heights facility and some <br /> accesS equipment had been stolen. <br /> In response to Mr. Skelly'S question regarding DBS, Ms. <br /> Donnelly-cohen stated that the Hubbard system does not <br /> offer ESPN or other sports channels nor any local or <br /> accesS channels, at this time is costlY to install, and <br /> monthly service rates are not lesS than cable. <br /> Mr. wallin stated that had to call Meredith cable for <br /> service and announced he was pleased with the service <br /> received from customer service and from the <br /> technicians. <br /> . VII. consent Agenda <br /> Mr. sand moved, seconded by Mr. Barlow, approval of the <br /> consent Agenda, which includes the June 1994 <br /> Treasurer's report and a request for contribution for <br /> Metro cable Network (Channel 6) of $2,500. The motion <br /> was approved unanimouslY, <br /> VII. General Business <br /> A. Rate Regulation <br /> Mr. creighton reported that he received a proposal from <br /> Meredith Cable to resolve the issues of rate regulation <br /> that should be discussed in a closed session. <br /> B. 1995 Budget <br /> Ms. wilson stated she had reviewed the proposed 1995 <br /> budget with the Finance committee. <br /> After discussion, Mr. sand moved, seconded by Mr. <br /> Ranallo, to approve the 1995 budget and to direct the <br /> Executive Director to send copies of the budget to the <br /> member cities. The motion was approved unanimously. <br /> . <br />
