It is the City's most heavily used <br /> recreation site in tenns of the number of participants using the park and programs offered <br /> at the park. <br /> Description <br /> Perry Park is located in the City of Arden Hills, located between County Road E and E2 <br /> on New Brighton Road. It was originally developed in 1971, Currently the Park includes <br /> four softball fields, a hockey rink and a playground structure. <br /> /'.. driveway currently runs down the middle of the park. There are twO softball fields on <br /> either side of the driveway. The tWO fields on the south side are four feet higher than the <br /> north nvo fields. The outfield area of the four fields overlap and provide a safety hazard to <br /> users. The current playground structure is located in back of the upper fields hidden <br />. behind a bunker. It cannot be seen from the driveway nor does it have direct access to the <br /> driveway or shelter building. <br /> Perry Park is used by children and adults alike. Programs held at the Park include: <br /> * Summer Playground (ages 3-12) <br /> * Art in the Park (ages 5.12) <br /> * Little League Baseball (ages 7-11) <br /> * Girls Fast Pitch Softball (ages 12-18) <br /> * Adult Softball (mens, womens, and CO-fee leagues of many ages and ability) <br /> * Skating rink/warming house activities <br /> * Skating lessons <br /> * Hockey games <br /> * Company and resident picnics <br /> * Peony Carnival <br />- <br />
