Motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Aplikowski requested information regarding the AMM Bulletin. <br /> Administrator Person indicated information could be provided at the Worksession on <br /> October 18, 1994. <br /> CounciImember Malone presented Council with a brief update regarding AMM and the <br /> issues recently addressed. <br /> CounciImember Malone inquired regarding the work on County Road E. Public Works <br /> Superintendent Winkel reviewed the situation and indicated loop detection and removal <br /> of some of the current configuration are issues needed to be resolved. <br /> II Councilmember Hicl(S, referring to memo from Public Worl(S Superintendent Winkel, <br /> inquired if October ISis a feasible deadline for the 1994 pavement projects. Public <br /> Worb Superintendent Winkel indicated all attempts to finish work by the indicated <br /> date will be made. <br /> Councilmember Hicl(S indicated concern for future street reconstruction, and suggested <br /> that the Engineer could provide more detailed information to the residents so as to avoid <br /> any future driveway problems with residents. <br /> Mayor Probst indicated another meeting regarding TCAAP will be held on Thursday, <br /> October 13, 1994 at I :00 p.m. He encouraged Council representation at this meeting. <br /> Mayor Probst indicated those attending will include: State Senator Linda Runbecl(, <br /> Representative Phil Krinkie and representatives from the Wellstone and Ramstad offices. <br /> Mayor Probst inquired if the City is still going to include a safety pamphlet from <br /> Roseville School District in the utility mailing. Administrator Person indicated it has not <br /> yet been received from the Roseville School District. She will keep the Council updated. <br /> Mayor Probst requested a review of maintenance costs at the lift station. Public Worb <br /> - Superintendent Winkel indicated a current study is being prepared and will be provided <br />
