Authorization to ~.nd Park Funds for Pro=sed Perrv Park Rel1ovation Project Infmmtion and Fund Develooment Materials As discussed at the 10/18/94 'AOrksession, approval of this item would authorize the non-capital expenditure of up to $2,000 frc:m the Park Fund to develop, print and distribute marketing plan materials for the Perry Park Renovation Project. This item is . being suhnitted for Council acknowledgement under O:msent and also to formally accept the resignation. H. Resolution 94-58 ~intina DeDut,y ClE".rk This recannended action results frcm the resignation of the City Administrator. The appointment of Brian S. Fritsinger as Deputy Clerk permits the City to issue cash disbursements upon the signature of the Offices of Mayor, Clerk and Treasurer. I. Resolution 94-59 Desionating COrJ;JOrate Authorization Coincident with the resignation of the City Administrator, the corporate authorization frcm the City to its bank with respect to authorized signers needs to change accordingly. The resolution authorizes the Deputy Clerk as an authorized signer until such time as the Clerk Administrator position is permanently filled. J. Salary Augmentation of Actino Clerk Administrator As discussed at the 10/18/94 'AOrksession, the approval of tills action would authorize additional carpensation to the City Accountant on an interim basis while the duties and job responsibilities of the Clerk Administrator position are being - assumed .
