Unfortunately, your jurisdiction did not meet certain requirementst <br /> resul ting in a non-compliance ruling by the Department of Employee Relations <br /> (DOER) . However, the good news is that you have an opportunity to make <br /> adjustments to meet the requirements and submit a new report by January 31, <br /> 1995 prior to any penalties being assessed. <br /> . You have received this "First Notice of Non-Compliance" because your <br /> jurisdiction did not pass one or more of the compliance tests. Details of <br /> your test results and further instructions are attached. These materials are <br /> public information and must be supplied to anyone upon request. <br /> This first non-compliance ruling entitles you to two options. One option is <br /> to take action to pass the necessary testes) and file a new report by the <br /> required date. The other option is to request reconsideration. Instructions <br /> for each of these options are attached. <br /> It is very important that you respond appropriately by the date specified for <br /> whichever option you choose, because a "Second Notice of Non-Compliance" will <br /> result in penalties being assessed back to December 31, 1993.
