RESOLU'l'ION NO. qL\- .:..fD1.. <br /> A Resolution relating to the appointment of Dennis Probst as <br /> Mayor of the City of Arden Hills. <br /> WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council previoUSly accepted the <br /> resignation of former Mayor Thomas Sather and declared a vacancy in <br /> the Office of Mayor: and <br /> WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council would like to formalize <br /> i.ts prior acrtion in appointing Dennis Probst to fill the vacancy in <br /> the Office of Mayor of the City of Arden Hills. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City <br /> Council hereby appoints Dennis Probst to fill the vacancy in the <br /> Office of Mayor for the City of Arden Hills until such orfice is <br /> filled in January, 1995, as a result of the elections of 1994. <br /> DATED: <br /> Beverly Aplikowski <br /> Acting Mayor <br /> ATTESTATION: <br />.
