Keim as <br /> a Council Member for the City of Arden Hills. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has previously declared a vacancy in <br /> the Council Seat formerly held by Dennis Probst. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City <br /> Council hereby appoints Susan L.
