Unfortunately, your jurisdiction did not meec certain requiremencs, <br /> resulting in a non-compliance ruling by the Department of Employee Relations <br /> (DOER). However, the good news is that you have an opportunity Co make <br /> adjustments to meet Che requirements and submit a new report by January 31, <br /> 1995 prior Co any penalcies being assessed. <br /> You have received this "First Notice of Non-Compliance" because your <br /> jurisdiction did not pass one or more of che compliance tests. Details of <br /> your test results and further instructions are attached. These macerials are <br /> . public information and must be supplied to anyone upon request. <br /> This first non-compliance ruling entitles you to two options.
