All concurred that they would like <br />to avoid any unsightly antennas surrounding the tower. The representative assured the . <br />council they would work diligently to insure that the antennas would have minimal <br />visual impact. <br />Mayor Probst suggested that the correct process would be to hold discussions with staff <br />and proceed to the Planning Commission for proper recommendations for council <br />approval. <br />TCAAP MASTER PIAN, REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS, RESPONDENT <br />SELECTION <br />Mr. Fritsinger indicated applications are now being received for the planning consultant <br />for the TCAAP project. He recommended.a committee to reduce the qualified <br />applications to three for final council selection. <br />Mayor Probst inquired of council if they would like to further discuss qualification <br />guidelines for the selection process. He indicated perhaps a worksession would help <br />council achieve a consensus. <br />Councilmember Aplikowski recommended all committees be involved in the selection <br />process. . <br />
