<br />------------------- ______________________n__ <br /> . <br /> . . <br /> , <br />ARDEN tIJ~J-,S qTY COUNqL WORKSESSION- NOVEMRERJ 7. 1994 2 . <br />move forward. <br />( <br />Mr. Nelson, representative for Everest, said the key issue is to obtain control of the land <br />and to move development forward, He indicated this acquisition of property may not <br />happen before December 15. <br />Mavor Probst indicated further discussion is needed on this issue and recommended an <br />- <br />additional worksession. <br />ONECOMM PROPOSAL TO LEASE SPACE ON THE SOUTH WATER TOWER <br />FOR ANTENNA lAND ASSEMBLY EFFORTS. <br />A representative from OneCbmm informed the council of their intent and indicated he <br />would like the council to respond favorably with regard to their proposal. <br />The Council's main concern was the visual impact. All concurred that they would like <br />to avoid any unsightly antennas surrounding the tower. The representative assured the . <br />council they would work diligently to insure that the antennas would have minimal <br />visual impact. <br />Mayor Probst suggested that the correct process would be to hold discussions with staff <br />and proceed to the Planning Commission for proper recommendations for council <br />approval. <br />TCAAP MASTER PIAN, REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS, RESPONDENT <br />SELECTION <br />Mr. Fritsinger indicated applications are now being received for the planning consultant <br />for the TCAAP project. He recommended.a committee to reduce the qualified <br />applications to three for final council selection. <br />Mayor Probst inquired of council if they would like to further discuss qualification <br />guidelines for the selection process. He indicated perhaps a worksession would help <br />council achieve a consensus. <br />Councilmember Aplikowski recommended all committees be involved in the selection <br />process. . <br />
