CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> NOVEMBER 14, 1994 <br /> 7:30 P.M. - NEW BRIGHTON CITY HALL <br /> CALL TO ORDERlROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the <br /> regular City Council meeting at 7 :33 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Dennis Probst; Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Paul <br /> Malone, and Councilmember-elect Susan Keirn. <br /> Councilmember Dale Hicks was absent. <br /> Also present were: Acting City OerkAdministrator/City Accountant, Terry Post; . <br /> Public Works Superintendent, Dan Winkel; and Recording Secretary, Ruth <br /> McLaurin. <br />. COUNCIL APPOINTMENT <br /> RESOLUTION #94-61 DECLARING VACANCY IN THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> A resolution declaring a vacancy in the City Council seat held by Councilmember Dennis <br /> Probst was read by Acting Mayor Aplikowski. <br /> MOTION: Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve Resolution <br /> #94-61; accepting the resignation of Councilmember Dennis Probst and <br /> declaring a vacancy in the office of Councilmember. The motion carried <br /> unanimously. (2-0). <br /> RESOLUTION #94-62 APPOINTMENT OF MAYOR <br /> A resolution relating to the appointment of Dennis Probst as Mayor of the City of Arden <br /> Hills was read by Acting Mayor Aplikowski. <br /> MOTION: Malone moved and Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve Resolution <br /> #94-62; appointing Dennis Probst to fill the vacancy in the Office of <br /> Mayor for the City of Arden Hills until such office is filled in January, <br />. <br />
