<br /> . <br /> . <br /> - MINUTES <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 7,1994 <br /> 7:30 P.M. - NEW BRIGHTON CITY HALL <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chair Winiecki called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present were Chair Jeanne Winiecki, Barbara Piotrowski, Dave Carlson, Steve Erickson, <br /> Gregg Larson, Marty Rye, and Brent Nelson. <br /> Also present were Councilmember Aplikowski; Brian Fritsinger, Community Planning <br /> Coordinator; and Ruth McLaurin, Recording Secretary. <br /> APPROVE MINUTES <br /> ~ Chair Winiecki noted a few name changes to the minutes from November 2, 1994. <br /> On page five and througout the name Mr, Garfield Ga,~el. should be Mr. Kachel. <br /> On page five and throughout Mr. McGrath should be Mr. Rockcastle. <br /> Larson moved, seconded by Erickson, to approve the November 2, 1994 minutes. All <br /> voted in favor (7-0). <br /> CASE #94-27 PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE SPECIAL USE <br /> PERMIT #89-19 FOR THE USE OF A SECOND SATELLITE DISH. APPLICANT <br /> RAMADA HOTEL. <br /> Chair Winiecki opened the public hearing for the Amendment to the Special Use Permit issued <br /> to Ramada Hotel at 7:36 p.m. <br /> Community Planning Coordinator Fritsinger reviewed the request for an amendment to Special <br /> Use Permit #89-19, to allow for the installation of a second satellite receiving antenna. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger indicated the applicant was previously given a Special Use Permit for the <br /> installation of two satellite receiving dish antennas. These dishes were placed to the rear of the <br /> site between the parking lot and the railroad. Mr. Fritsinger indicated as part of this application <br /> .. the applicant is proposing to remove one of the existing dishes. <br />
