The applicant <br /> indicated when application is approved by the City Council, they would like to start installation <br /> immediately. <br /> Hearing no further comments, Chair Winiecki dosed the public hearing at 7:44 p.m. <br /> Larson questioned why the location of the satellite on the roof would be in the center and not <br /> towards the back where most of the other equipment is located. The applicant indicated the <br /> location can easily be changed, the reason that location was chosen was that it was less visible <br /> from all roadways. <br /> Rye moved, seconded by Piotrowski, to recommend to Council approval of Case #94-27, <br /> an amendment to Special Use Permit #89-19, allowing for the installation of a second <br /> satellite receiving antenna, with stated conditions, <br /> ~ Carlson made a friendly amendment, that the location of the satellite to be placed towards the <br /> rear of the building. <br /> Rye moved, seconded by Piotrowski, to accept the friendly amendment, placing the <br /> location of the satellite to the rear of the building. <br /> The motion passed unanimously. (7-0) <br /> Chair Winiecki indicated this case would be reviewed by Arden Hills City Council at their <br /> December 28, 1994 meeting. <br /> CASE #94-26 FRONT YARD SETBACK VARIANCE AT 1485 ARDEN PLACE WEST <br /> APPLICANT - PAUL AND MARY CROSBY. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger noted this item had been tabled until further information could be presented. Mr, <br /> Fritsinger noted the applicants are requesting a sixteen foot front yard variance for the <br /> construction of a new home at 1485 Arden Place West, <br /> Mr. Fritsinger indicated the applicant had prepared a model which was viewed by the <br /> Commission. <br /> .. <br />
