Mr. Fritsinger indicated he did <br /> not believe so, but not all building, depending on when it was built required a permit. <br /> Rye moved, Carlson seconded, to recommend to the Council approval of Case #94-28 Side <br /> Yard Setback 3487 Ridgewood Road, applicant - John and Dawn Lundgren, with <br /> recommendations that ordinance be reviewed regarding nonconforming lots and <br /> buildings. <br /> Motion passed unanimously. (6-0) <br /> Chair Winiecki indicated this case would be reviewed by Arden Hills City Council at their <br /> December 28, 1994 meeting. <br /> TCAAP MASTER PLAN DISCUSSION <br /> Mr. Fritsinger indicated the City has received 10 responses to the request for qualifications for <br /> the preparation of a TCAAP Master Plan. Mr. Fritsinger indicated the City Council recently <br /> reviewed a process for narrowing down the qualified firms for this project. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger indicated City Council recommended that the subcommittee of the Planning tit <br /> Commission and staff meet and review the qualifications of each firm. This subcommittee would <br /> narrow down the list to three firms, these firms would then be recommended to the City Council <br /> for the submittal of a proposal. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger indicated prior to requesting the proposals the City Council will need to discuss <br /> further the actual scope of services desired. Mr. F ritsinger noted this scope of service should <br /> become more apparent as the Reutilization Committee continues its discussions. <br /> Nelson indicated he is currently printing out information of disks received, although the content <br /> is not quite known at this time, but it seems to be typographical maps. <br /> COUNCIL REPORT. <br /> Councilmember Aplikowski indicated the City Council is encouraged by what is happening with <br /> the Arsenal and thanked the subcommittee for all their efforts. <br /> Councilmember Aplikowski indicated 51 applications have been received for the City <br /> Administrator position and the applications have been reduced to 13 by Councilmember Keirn <br /> and herself. Councilmember Aplikowski indicated the Council will review the 13 applicants and <br /> further reduce them to three to five and start interviewing process. City Council is hoping to <br /> make a discussion early in the year. .. <br />
