It's located on the east side of Old Snelling <br />Avenue just south of County Road E and contains 15,679 sq. ft. ofland. The Ramsey <br />County Property Tax ID is 34-30-23-22-0033. Note the attached plat map showing the <br />location. <br />My intent would be to pay cash for the site and to begin construction of a single family . <br />home in spring of 1995.
