Ms. Wilson reported that she and other cable <br /> administrators have met with the Public Utilities <br /> Commission. She added that the PUC has drafted a <br /> potential alternative rate regulation bill and they are <br /> looking for feedback from the cable administrators asd <br /> well as from the telephone industries. Ms. Wilspn <br /> added that the main issue is to clarify telecom- <br /> munications, whether it be voice or video, whether it <br /> be provided by the cable industry or the telephone <br /> companies. <br /> Ms. Wilson also reported on the I-net testing in the <br /> Roseville School District from one school to another. <br /> She added that this is moving slowly, but positively. <br /> Ms. Wilson reminded the Commission that the Discovery <br /> Channel is holding a reception and screening on ( <br /> . November 9. <br /> B. Attorney <br /> Mr. Creighton indicated his repore is further in the <br /> agenda. He gave the Commission an ~xplanation why he <br /> filed a complaint of ex parte communications to the FCC <br /> on behalf of the North SUburban Cable Commission and <br /> other cable commissions. <br /> c. Meredith Cable <br /> Kathi Donnelly-Cohen reviewed the 12 month overview, <br /> which was handed out the the Commissioners. She <br /> indicated Meredith realized a net gain of 373 <br /> subscribers. <br /> VII. Consent Agenda <br /> Mr. Sand moved, seconded by Mr. Barlow, approval of the <br /> Consent Agenda.
