<br />. <br />. . l <br />. <br />. <br />. 2 <br /> a continuation of this discussion in April. <br />. DISCUSSION OF PAY EOUITY COMPLIANCE <br />. City Administrator, Brian Fritsinger, opened with three (3) different scenerios regarding the <br /> Pay Equity issue, with Councilmember Malone furnishing his graphs as well. This is an <br /> issue that has been developing for some time, and must be resolved by April 1 , 1995, as we <br />. are out of compliance. The value of points, performance pay, steps within each position, <br /> back pay and also, if in fact the Park Department and Public Works should be combined. <br /> Councilmember Hicks indicated that perhaps there should be a organizational restructuriog. <br />. All of the issues were discussed at great length and the Council requested that the final <br /> solution be included in the Council Packet dated March 27,1995. <br />. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />.e Councilmember Apilkowski expressed an interest in reinstating the "Town Crier". Mayor <br /> Probst shared her interest but indicated that a disclaimer should be noted indicating it is not <br /> "the voice of the City." Councilmember Apilkowski also expressed concern regarding the <br /> posted speed on County Road F. <br />. Councilmember Malone had attended a Park Committee meeting in which he said the <br />. residents who attended had some concerns regarding the lighting at Perry Park. Cindy will <br /> followup on this problem. <br />. Mayor Probst discussed the TCAAP project indicating that he was attending a meeting on <br /> Saturday and discussed with the group his presentation thoughts and plans. They agreed on <br /> his proposal. <br />. Mayor Probst also requested that business cards be printed for the Councilmembers and <br /> himself. <br />. City Manager, Brian Fritsinger, indicated that he had been in contact with a group of people <br /> who were interested in bringing a Super Valu store to Arden Hills. The Councilmembers <br />. and Mayor were enthuised about the pending project. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br />. The Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 PM <br />.e <br />. <br />
