<br />I <br />:'- REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSULTING SERVICES TO DESIGN AND <br /> ASSIST IN THE PREPARATION OF A MASTER PLAN FOR THE <br /> REDEVELOPMENT OF THE TWIN CITY ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT (TCAAP). <br />I Section 1: Statement of Purpose <br />I The City of Arden Hills, Minnesota is releasing a request for proposals for consulting <br /> services to assist the City in preparing a Master Plan for the redevelopment of the Twin <br />I City Army Ammunition Plant (TCAAP). The US Army is in the process of declaring this <br /> land as excess, and the City desires to be in the position to address the future <br /> development of this property. <br />I The services sought include the development of a series of plans including land use, <br /> transportation, utilities, and environmental. These plans will guide the long term <br />I development of this property. The services should also include providing direction as to <br /> coordinating the review of these plans by the Metropolitan Council and other entities as <br /> necessary. <br />I Applicants will be rated on experience and success in working with other communities to <br />.. achieve started objectives, ability to present complex issues to decision making bodies <br /> and familiarity with land use issues. <br />I Section 2: Proposal Guideleines and Content <br />I A.
