Meet with various advisory committee. <br />I 2. To design and develop a Throughfare plan. <br />I 3. To design traffic compatibility plan. <br />I 4. To design and develop a utilities plan. <br /> 5. To design and develop an environmental impact plan. <br />I 6. A plan revising, if necessary, appropriate building and development codes and <br /> ordinances. <br />I 7. A neighborhood economic development plan including potential funding <br /> sources. <br />I D. SUBMISSION ELEMENTS REQUIRED FROM DEVELOPERS. <br />.. Proposal shall be written and presented in the following format, utilizing the headings <br /> presented below for the organization of responses. Respondents shall address all <br /> questions asked and provide a sufficient level of detail to enable evaluation of the <br /> proposal. <br />I 1. Firm <br />I Indicate the name, address and telephone number of the firm. Provide the <br /> name of two (2) contact persons who can speak for the firm. Resume <br /> outlining the consultants professional qualifications and experience on <br />I comparable projects. <br /> 2. Overview of Pro oosa I <br />I Present a statement of the proposal which provides a clear identification <br /> understanding of the desired results. lf the proposal deviates from the <br /> stated goals and objectives presented within the scope of services section <br />I of this RFP, explain, in detail, the deviation and stated the reasons for the <br /> deviation. <br />I 3. Cost Breakdown <br /> A breakdown (hourly rates and estimated distribution of hours per task), <br /> work plan, and project schedule that identifies major risks to be <br />~ accomplished and methods to complete tasks. <br />I <br />
