I Case #95-1. One Comm Corp I- The applicant is requesting an SUP and Site Plan approval for placement of antennas and construction of an equipment building at the Red Fox Road water tower. The Planning Commission approved this request subject to the conditions identified in the planning report. (Separate action also required on lease agreement). I Case #95-3. East Side Beverafl:e The applicant is requesting the approval of a site plan consisting of a seven (7) foot high I chain link fence with a one (I) foot strand barbed wire on the top. The Commission approved this request without the barbed wire addition. The applicant will be requesting that the City Council reconsider the use of barbed wire for determent purposes. I Case #95-4. Bethel Collel!:e I The applicant is requesting approval of additions to two academic buildings and a residence hall. The Commission approved the plan subject to the two stated conditions included in the staff report. I I I I- I
