Both Rarrada and Big Ten Supper Club suJ:mitted their 1995 <br /> insurance policies. All licensees are now in canpliance <br />I with this requirement. <br />-: 2. Big Ten Supper Club and Star Liquors are rraking progress <br /> on fire code violation co=ections. While these <br /> violations were not critical issues, the Fire Marshall was <br /> concerned enough to recCX!TL'E1d the items be corrected, <br />I Staff received several calls from Star Liquors voicing its <br />I displeasure in the City's approach to withholding the <br /> license until these items were resolved, Staff explained <br /> that the City appreciates their business presence, but the <br />I City is limited in its options when code violations are <br /> present. <br />I Both Big Ten and Star Liquors will be reinspected in the <br /> near future.
