Anvroval of Minutes <br /> . The Council is asked to approve minutes from the 2/13/95 regular Council meeting. <br /> . 2. Public Hearin~ For County Road F Improvements <br /> The Council will be holding a public hearing to discuss the County Road F improvement <br /> project. There are two resolutions which the Council needs to consider as part of this <br /> .. hearing. Resolution 95-16 orders the improvement of County Road F, and Resolution 95- <br /> 17 approves the plans and specifications and orders the advertisement for bids. City staff <br /> has received minimal response to the Public Hearing notice. It would be appropriate to <br /> . adopt these resolutions to keep the project on track for mid-June construction. <br /> 3. Consent Calendar <br /> . a. Business Licenses - The Council is asked to approve additional 1995 <br /> Business Licenses. <br /> b. Claims and Payroll- The Council is asked to approve $87,303.34 <br /> . in accounts payable and payroll claims. The only significant item to note is <br /> the $47,178 monthly sewer payment to MCWS. <br /> . 4. Unfinished and New Business <br /> a. Planninl1 Case #95-2 - See memorandum from staff dated 2/21/95. <br /> . b. Planning Case #95-5 - Staff has received significant response from the <br /> neighborhood in opposition of the Ogren Townhome project. Most of <br /> . these individuals are concerned about the loss of open space and do not <br /> understand the legal rights of the private property owner to develop the <br /> area in accordance with city ordinances. <br /> . Staff has attempted to explain the legal rights of the property owner in the <br /> .- development of the property. This has not been well received and many <br /> residents have questioned the process being followed in the case. <br /> . <br />
