This concept review does not require a -, <br /> public hearing or that notices be sent to any other property owners. The <br /> notices sent to the property owners within 350 feet were for the <br /> Wednesday, March 1 st meeting where the formal PUD will be addressed , <br /> by the Planning Commission. This notice was given in anticipation of the <br /> Council approving in concept of this plan. <br /> c. Planninl! Case #95-7 - Attorney Filla has reviewed the comments made , <br /> by the Planning Commission as to the requirement for a variance to the <br /> nonconforming use section of the ordinance. He has responded by , <br /> confirming this variance is required under ordinance. <br /> d. National Guard Water/Sewer Connection Reauest , <br /> The National Guard has submitted a formal request to connect to the <br /> municipal water and sewer lines. This connection is critical to the Guard <br /> as TCAAP will no longer be providing these services. Staff is requesting , <br /> approval of the concept plan which locates these connections and <br /> permission to negotiate the connection agreement. <br /> e. Sanitary Sewer Study , <br /> Public Works Superintendent Winkel is recommending that a Sanitary <br /> Sewer Master Plan be prepared in 1995. The estimated cost of this project ., <br /> is $15,000. Staff is recommending that M.S.A. be authorized to prepare <br /> this plan. , <br /> f. TCAAP Reauest for Pro\)osals <br /> The Council should review the scope of services to be requested as part of , <br /> the proposals. Staff is expecting upon approval of the RFP, the project will <br /> proceed on the schedule included in the 2/21/95 memorandum. <br /> " Resolution #95-18 , <br /> ,,' <br /> This resolution is in response to several amendments to municipal <br /> ordinances required by the Metropolitan Council.
