<br /> -- ---- -----.- ------- <br /> . <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS . <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY -. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 95-18 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR A INTERIM STRATEGY TO REDUCE NONPOINT . <br /> POLLUTION <br /> WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has been requiring since early 1993 that local . <br /> governments adopt an "Interim SQ'ategy to Reduce Nonpoint Pollution; and . <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has not yet adopted the "Strategy"; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is required to adopt this "Strategy" prior to any future . <br /> changes to the Municipal Comprehensive Plan, <br /> . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota: . <br /> 1.
