Apnroval of Minutes <br />I The Council is asked to approve the minutes from the 2\27\95 regular Council meeting. <br /> 2. Consent Calendar <br />I a. Claims and pavroll - The Council is asked to approve $79,521.35 in accounts <br /> payable and payroll claims, <br />I 1 Unfinished and New Business <br /> J. <br /> a. Planninf;! Case #95-6 - See related memorandum and draft minutes, <br />,. b. Proclamation for Dan Winkel- This Proclamation recognizes Mr, Winkel for <br /> his years of service with the City. <br /> c. 1995 National Security Seminar Invitation - The Mayor has been in contact <br />I with the Army Reserve who has requested a representative of the City of Arden <br /> Hills be nominated to be sent to the 1995 National Security Seminar in <br /> Washington D.C. The Council should discuss this request and consider whemer <br />I or not it is appropriate to nominate someone to the seminar, Lt. Terry Callihan <br /> will be present at the meeting to discuss this and other communication issues with <br /> the Council. <br />I . d. Resolution #95-20 - The adoption of this resolution will receive the 1995 Street <br /> Maintenance Feasibility Report ordered as part of Council Resolution #95-13 and <br /> orders a Public Hearing to be scheduled for April 10, 1995. The cost of the <br />I improvement is estimated at $370,000. (See related memorandum and Feasibility <br /> Study from MSA). <br /> e. Resolution #95-21 - The adoption of this resolution Orders the Preparation of <br />I Plans and Specifications in the Matter of the 1995 Street Maintenance <br /> Improvement by MSA. <br /> f, Resolution #95-22 - The adoption of this resolution Orders the Preparation of <br />I Plans and Specifications in the Matter of the Charles Perry Park Redevelopment <br /> Project by MSA. <br />I <br />~ <br />I <br />
