Approval of Minutes <br /> The Council is asked to approve Minutes from the March 13, 1995, regular Council Meeting and <br /> . the March 16, 1995 Council Worksession <br /> 2. Consent Calendar <br /> . a. Mileal!e Reimbursement - The Council is asked to approve an increase in the mileage <br /> reimbursement rate as permitted by the IRS from $.29 to $.30/mile. <br /> . b. 1994 Operatinl! Transfers - Mr. Post has documented four fiscal year 1994 operating <br /> . transfers and is asking for approval of these transfers. <br /> c.Claims and Payroll- The Council is asked to approve $64,974.15 in Accounts Payable <br /> . and payroll claims. <br /> 3. Unfinished and New Business <br /> . a. Stowe Avenue Turnback - The Council is asked to adopt Resolution number 95-24 <br /> turning jurisdiction of Stowe A venue over to the City of Arden Hills. It is <br /> estimated that the City will receive approximately $100,000 from Ramsey County <br /> . for the reconstruction of this roadway as part of this turnback. Consulting <br /> engineer Stonehouse has recommended this action be undertaken. <br /> . b. 1995 Water Meter Minimum Charges - The Council is asked to adopt Resolution <br /> number 95-23 revising the water utility quarterly minimum rates by meter size. <br /> The Council had previously approved Resolution 94-52 revising these rates. <br /> . However, revised rates for large sized water meters were inadvertently not <br /> included. This Resolution includes these meters. <br /> I c. Public Hearing for Plauning Case #95-5. Ol!ren Townhomes PUD - The Council will <br /> be holding a public hearing to discuss the application for a PUD to construct 18 <br /> I Townhomes at the northwest comer of County Road E-2 and Old Snelling <br /> A venue. (See Staff memorandum dated March 23, 1995). The Council cannot <br /> .- approve this application until it takes action on the petition for an EA W. Staff is <br /> not prepared to make a recommendation on the EA W petition at this meeting. <br /> The Council may wish to review the EA W petition at its April I 0, 1995 meeting <br /> . <br />
