Attached. the COWIcil will find a copy of the <br /> correspondence from Mr. Aiken and the response from MSA. <br /> . Staffhas met with Mr. Aiken and discussed the improvement proposed by MSA. Mr. Aiken <br /> has agreed to the plan as identified in the letter from Mr. Stonehouse. <br /> .. Staff will be attempting to meet with the other two (2) property owners affected by this <br /> problem prior to Thusday's meeting. If successful, staff will recommend that the City <br /> consider approving this project WIder the concept proposed by MSA.
