.
,j ..
. . CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
.
. MEMORANDUM
. DATE: April 20, 1995
. TO: Mayor and Council
Brian Fritsinger, AdministratW
FROM:
.
SUBJECT: Planning Cases 95-9 and 95-11
. The City Council will be reviewing two planning cases at its April 24, 1995, meeting. These
. cases are related and there are only a couple of issues which the Council should note.
I. Development Agreement
. Attached the Council will find the Development Agreement which details the terms
and conditions of this project. The City Council should note Section 3.0 (A).
.- Previously the consultant planner recommended approval of this proposal subject to
a joint PUD application on the overall site by CSM, Control Data and Dynamark.
Further negotiations between representatives of these firms and the City Attorney
I have resulted in language which does not require a joint application.
2. NURP Pond
. At the Planning Commission meeting, the Commission expressed some concern
about the NURP pond. Additional discussions were held with the developer on the
. pond but to date no changes have been made.
. In conclusion, the Council should refer to the Minutes from the AprilS, 1995 Planning
Commission meeting for additional information. The Commission did approve both of these
planning cases.
.
.
.
.e
.
