On April 17, 1995, the City Council conducted interviews offour (4) firms in an effort to <br /> . select one which could assist the City in its efforts to develop a Master Reuse Plan for the <br /> Arsenal property. <br /> . The firm selected will work with the City Council, Planning Commission and Task Force <br /> to assist in the development of the Reuse Plan. This planning process is critical to Arden <br /> .- Hills' efforts to reinforce the local issues and the significant interest our community has in <br /> the redevelopment of the Arsenal property. <br /> Recommendation <br /> . Staff would recommend the Council move to approve a motion where the team lead by <br /> .
