I was informed at that time that the wood lap <br /> board fence was the City of Arden Hills in that it would be repaired and painted in the near <br /> I future. At that time I also asked if any thing could be done in reference to the mature <br /> popular trees in the rear of the property. The problem was that the root systems from the <br /> - trees had raised out of the ground in numerous locations along side of 1406 Arden View <br /> I Drive in the lawn area. I asked if there was a possibility of the City removing the trees <br /> since our tree cover was mature and provided a year around visual barrier. I was told that <br /> it would be looked into. <br /> I This year homeowners in this area have requested the Association to ask the City of Arden <br /> I Hills to address these issues again. <br /> Please review our requests and let me know the City of Arden Hills plans. <br /> I Thank you for you time and cooperation in this matter.
