These tasks specifically include the following:
I 1. RFQ #1003 - Water Distribution & Sanitary Sewer System
2. RFQ #1005 - Fence Patrol
I . 3. RFQ #10] 1 - Roads & Grounds
City staff is still in the process of defining, evaluating, and costing the resources required to
I deliver the above referenced services. Staff would also request time to present the final
proposal to the City Council at the June 15, 1995 Council work session for their review and
feedback.
I The purpose of this letter is to state the City's intent to respond to the requests for proposal
and also to seek your approval to submit these responses on June 16, ]995.
I We believe that the additional response time requested will result in a well thought out
proposal as well as allowing this item to benefit from our normal governance review process.
I Your consideration of this time extension request would be most appreciated.
Very truly yours,
I ~12.~
I Terrance R.
