. . . CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RAMSEY COUNTY .- RESOLUTION NO. 95-38 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND . ORDERING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF CHARLES PERRY PARK . WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 95-22, the Project Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the redevelopment of Charles Perry Park; and . WHEREAS, a cost estimate of the project has been updated and is less than originally anticipated; and . WHEREAS, the project is contingent upon receiving bids to match the funding obtained for this project, . NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: . I. The plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, are hereby approved. .e 2. The Project Engineer and Parks & Recreation Director shall prepare and obtain the publication of an advertisement for bids for the making of the redevelopment pursuant to . the attached plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published once each week for two weeks in the Construction Bulletin and the local newspaper. This advertisement shall specifY the work to be done, and state that the bids will be received by . the Parks & Recreation Director until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 20, 1995, at which time the bids will be publicly opened at Arden Hills City Hall by the Parks & Recreation Director and the Project Engineer. They will be tabulated for consideration by the City . Council at the June 26, 1995 City Council meeting. No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Parks & Recreation Director and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check payable to the City in the amount of 5% of . the amount of such bid, PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS .
