Classroom. <br /> Planning Consultant Bergly briefly reviewed the request for a Temporary Permit to allow two <br /> . attached 12 foot x 70 foot modular units to be placed on the Church site and used for temporary <br /> classroom space. <br /> I Mr, Bergly indicated the Planning Commission recommended approval of the request subject,to the <br /> identified conditions in the staff report, with condition number three noting a temporary storage <br /> permit until May 31, 1997, <br /> . Mr, Bergly indicated it is the Church's intent for major reconstruction to occur within the next two <br /> I years and storage will be provided for, with new construction, removing the need for the trailers. <br /> Administrator of North Heights Lutheran Church, Mr. Arlo Lien, indicated it is the Church's intent <br /> I to provide separate storage when the reconstruction occurs. <br /> MOTION: Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to approve Planning Case 95-13, North <br /> Ie Heights Lutheran Church Site Plan Review For Temporary Classroom. The motion <br /> carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> I Councilmember Malone noted he supported the motion due to the fact that the classroom will not <br /> be visible from the highway, <br /> . Planning Case 94-25. AmocolTed Brausen - Amended SUP's. <br /> City Administrator Fritsinger briefly reviewed the request for a amended SUP's, Mr, Fritsinger <br /> I indicated the applicant originally applied to the City last year to amend its SUP's at 1306 and 1310 <br /> West County Road E. Action on these applications were tabled \U1til the access easement agreement <br /> problems were resolved, <br /> I Mr, Fritsinger indicated the Planning Commission approved both of these amended SUP's, as <br /> I recommended by staff, One additional condition was added to the SUP; for 1310 West County Road <br /> E. This condition provides that additional landscaping be provide on the west side of the site, <br /> . Councilmember Hicks indicated under the old operation there was an agreement with the restaurant <br /> for employee parking, He noted there has recently been stored cars with covers, and asked if that <br /> would continue. Mr, Ted Brausen indicated it will not continue. <br /> I MOTION: Hicks moved and Malone seconded a motion to approve Planning Case 94-25, <br /> .e AmocolTed Brausen including Special Use Permits for 1306 and 1310 West County <br /> . <br />
