Attached the City Council will find a preliminary draft contract for Planning Services with <br /> Camiros L TD, This contract is necessary to formalize the working relationship between the City <br /> . of Arden Hills and Camiros. Additional discussions were held late Friday afternoon on the <br /> contract and a revision is expected prior to the meeting, Staffwill have it available for <br /> distribution, <br /> . The City Council originally agreed to contract with Camiros at its April 24, 1995 meeting, In <br /> . order to meet the schedule outlined in the proposal, Camiros has been working on the project <br /> without a formal contract in place, <br /> .~ The attached contract is a framework for the formal contract which is being drafted by Attorney <br /> Filla, This framework is composed of the key components of the contract and will act as the <br /> contract until such time that the full agreement is prepared, <br /> . Staff will utilize this executed contract to approach Ramsey County on June 13 to pursue the <br /> $20,000 in planning funds which may be available to the City, <br /> .
