AnnrovalofMinutes <br />I The Council is asked to adopt the June 26, 1995, Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Minutes. <br /> 2. Consent Calendar <br />I a. Resolution 95-52 and 95-53 - The Council is asked to adopt Resolution 95- <br /> 52 and 95-53 which relates to the apportionment of assessments for two lots <br />I- on Lexington A venue. As a result of the lot split between Contol Data and <br /> CSM, the City is being required to apportion the original assessments on this <br /> property . <br />I b. Claims and Pavroll - The Council is asked to approve payable claims in the <br /> amount of$1l0,990.l8 and payroll number thirteen (13) for the two weeks <br />I ended June 23, 1995. <br /> , Al!enda Items <br /> ~. <br />I a. Resolution 95-54 - The Council is asked to adopt Resolution 95-54 approving <br /> the water/sewer Connection Agreement with the National Guard. The City <br />I is participating in the project to the amount not to exceed $19,875 for the <br /> oversizing of the system. However, this is offset by a connection charge of <br /> $25,000. The connection charge will be received in two installment <br />I payments. <br /> b. Presbvterian Homes Revenue Bond - The Council is being asked to adopt <br />I Resolution 95-55 setting a public hearing for August 14, 1995, to discuss the <br /> issuance of $2,250,000 in Health Care Revenue Bonds. <br />I c. County Road F Chan~e Orders - The Council is asked to approve two <br /> Change Order items; a grit chamber totaling $27,845 on Valentine Park and <br />I- a sanitary sewer line to Mounds View High School for $21,683. <br />I <br />
