Mr. I <br /> Bartlett resides at the southeast comer of Lexington Avenue and Victoria Street. <br /> Mr. Bartlett has a storm drain pond in his back yard, which is adjacent to <br /> Lexington A venue, Mr. Bartlett was concerned that the development of this site . <br /> would cause additional ponding on his property The staff, with the assistance of <br /> the City of Shore view and Ramsey County Public Works, has determined that the <br /> surface runoff from this project does not flow into Mr. Bartlett's property.
