Larson inquired if this application goes to the City Council with a recommendation of denial from the Planning Commission what then occurs, Mr. Fritsinger indicated it would depend upon the actions . of the applicant, if the application is revised, the City Council could possibly send it back to the Planning Commission for comment. . He indicated the City Council approved the following cases in accordance with the recommendations of the Planning Commission: . Case #95-14, Amend Special Use Permit, at 1770 West County Road E2, Applicant Mounds View School district #621. I Case #94-25, Amend Special Use Permit, at 1310 West County Road E, Applicant Ted Brausen/ Amoco, . Case #95-13, Site Plan Review for Temporary Classroom at 1700 West Highway 96, Applicant North Heights Lutheran Church. . .- .
