I <br />Larson inquired as to the time restraint regarding the Russian Orthodox Church and their application, I <br />Mr. Fritsinger indicated there has been health problems with the individual in charge of the project, <br />but the individual indicated the building plans should be forth coming in the near future, I <br />Nelson inquired if an item is tabled, can it go on to the City Council. Mr. Fritsinger indicated, no, <br />it can not. He also noted with the new legislation past this year and active as of July 1st, there will -. <br />be a requirement that the City act on an application with in 60 days, He noted Mr. Ringwald is <br />attending a workshop to review and identifY the implications of this legislation. <br />Mr. Fritsinger indicated currently it is understood with the time frame used by the City, in certain . <br />situations, the ability to table an item by the Planning Commission may be reduced. <br />Further discussion was held regarding the issue of tabling applications and procedures. I <br />Chair Erickson indicated in regards to the PUD Master Plan by Dan Ogren, requested that every I <br />effort be made to have this case on the September 11, 1995 City Council agenda. Mr. Fritsinger felt <br />this would be feasible. <br />Further discussion was held regarding the Ogren PUD.
