Supported changes in Ramsey County's prioritization that would allow NYFS to obtain funds. Approved RLK I Associates to perform EA W for Ogren Townhome project, over developer contention it could be done with fewer services for less; City wants representation in case of protest. Assessment Roll fmalized for County Road F improvements; sidewalks, roadway width, and assessments. Thanked Mr. C.E.Sheehy and Mr. James I Shacker for their donation to City of wetland area on Ridgewood Road. Approved minor sub-division of Control Data property. Approved CSM Site Plan Review (for second building) relating to fencing of pond I area. Approved Catniros, Ltd. as consulting frnn to assist City on TCAAP efforts. Transferred $100,000 from General Fund to newly-created TCAAP Special Revenue Fund. Continued discussion on drainage problems at 4360 Haniline Ave - no agreement yet on right solution. Questioned if City has fee title from I developers to all parks used to fulf1l1 Park Dedication, directed staff to investigate and pursue. Honeywell guarantees almost $400,000 per year will be recouped through reduced energy costs, but additionally charges about $270,000 a year to maintain the equipment. The District has committed to reduce operating costs it controls by S5,626,600 over the te . I years of the contract, and agrees to reallocate these dollars to Honeywell.
