There is no provision for revisiting these contractual commitments, but it <br /> would seem fair that the District set up an audit system to assure that it is actually reducing its internal <br /> penditures by the dollar amount it pays to Honeywell. It makes sense that the District should be held <br /> I accountable for its commitment on behalf of and to all members of District 621. It should identify the line <br /> items in the General and Capital Funds that are reduced in amounts equal to the Honeywell pay-out to assure <br /> the expenditures are not duplicated. If you agree, give Carl Colmark, Director of Finance for the District, or <br /> I Burt Nygren, Superintendent, (and both part of tJie team supporting the contract) a call.
